well when IE stops a pop up, it shows a border at the top of the page, givin you some options.

click allow pop up

i did that, know when ever the popup is blocked it won't show those options

tools > pop up blocker > pop up blocker settings

then select "show information bar when a pop up is blocked"





or u could add the site to the "allowed sites" list

     This is a Problem with Internet Explorer based stuff. if your familiar with Excite  Private Messenger, the Pop-Up blocker blocks excite from loading the chat thingie. only way to Disable it, is to uninstall SP2, i dont have it,
