O.P. ntdll.dll
Hello group

in the past few days I am getting the attached error when opening messenger and I can not log-in. The workaround I hav found to work is to uninstall Plus!, restart microsoft's messenger and then re-intall plus. Of course, this is time-consuming and annoying...

Any suggestions?

P.S. the error says:
MSNUnnamedWindow: msnmsgr.exe - Entry Point not Found
"The procedure entry point RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter could not be
located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll"

.bmp File Attachment: msn_plus_bug.bmp (211.56 KB)
This file has been downloaded 440 time(s).

RE: ntdll.dll
Although it seems like a Messenger Plus! bug, I think it is not. ntdll.dll is a standard Windows component, and it seems corrupt. Try to uninstall MSN Messenger first (by going to "remove/add programs" in your control panel) then reinstall MSN Messenger 6.2.0137.

MSN Messenger is the one that installs ntdll.dll (if you don't have the latest dll)...

PS: don't attach BMP files, they are unneeded huge in filesize. Use GIF, JPG or PNG instead...
