It is not a actual bug, but it would be nice if you changed it.

If I lock one of my contacts on desktop, it can't be moved, right?
But when I add some contacts to destop via Plus! -> Preferences -> Contact List -> Desktop Contacts, previous Desktop Contacts settings have been changed and "Lock in Place" is disabled again. They can be moved, even if i set it to "Lock in Place".

Hopefully you understand, what i'm trying to say.
