I've tried uninstalling as per Patchou's instructions, but I can't get rid of the toolbars. I don't get the funny uninstall page to tell whether I'm a human being. I've tried the chatroom but they can't help.

Found help from another thread. inally got rid of them after 2 hours. Thanks
