Is there a plugin possible that you can see, even if you blocked someone, that he or she is online? On the main page of msn?
Because it's anouing for me that i cant see it in a blink of an eye.

You can choose not to show people in your list when they are offline.
(Contacts --> Sort contacts on --> Group offline contacts)
There's no plugin available by my knowing that can do this.

(Y) This has been suggested some time ago by various people to implement directly into Plus!. I also would like to see the real status instead of the "(blocked)" text.

However, doing this as a plugin would be extremely difficult todo. (you need to hook the contactlist and change stuff there, without interfearing with what Plus! does (eg: custom statusses))

Besides the method explained by Kryptonate's, you can also look into the eventlog to see the real status of blocked people.

This does the trick for me, but i still would like my first idea better.
