O.P. Huh?  I WANT WMP 9 BACK
Hey people,

Can anyone help me get WMP 9 back, i installed WMP 10 but i dont like it and everytime i try to install 9 again it say that it cant coz there is already a latest verison on my computer,

CAN ANYONE HELP ME AND IF SO CAN U GIVE ME A GUILD IN HOW TO DO IT.

you need to uninstall WMP 10 first, then you should be able to instal WMP 9

go to add/remove programs in the control panel, and it should be there for you to uninstall ;)

TGG is right.

NOTE:
If you have XP SP2 you need to turn 'Show Updates' on! It is placed @ 'Software updates for Windows'.

(I have Dutch XP, so I don't know for sure if it's called this way in english xp)

no it doesn't !

the ones that are ticked are the things that are already installed, so when u tick some thing, that will be installed. and when you untick something that thing will be uninstalled.

erm... Toddy, TGG is right though, uninstalling Windows Media Player is done in the Add/Remove programs section! The thing you're talking about only removes the entry from the start menu...

well i don't have WMP in my add remove programs :S (windows home, SP2)
