I am using msn 7.0.0332 and the msgplus beta (this happend when I used msgplus before) and when I am using msgplus sounds on my computer (menu popup ect...) DO NOT PLAY! Can someone help me pleeeeeeeeease?

Try changing codec in plus (plus > general options > sound config) if that doesn't help go to windowsupdate and install/reinstall WMP 9.

ya I have tried changing the codec in plus so I will install WP9 (Windows Media Player 9?)

I had the same problem. Just restart your computer and hey-presto, the sounds are back.

Installing the K-Lite codec pack can sometimes fix it as well...

I didn't know that ya had to restart so I did and IT WORKED so thanx every1! now I can hear!

*Correction* I could hear the sounds before then they suddenly went. So I tried to change the codec in plus and that didn't work. I downloaded that codec thing (I didn't know what i was supposed to install in the big list) so I just installed the default and that didn't do anything either! I am really annoyed at this. Plz help me someone!!

I changed to MSN 6.2.0137 and plus 3.25.106 and I am still having the same problem. PLEASE HELP ME
