I check for example @ school the posts and I can't login there (dodgy proxy caching)

I also like to be guest and browse the forums ¬_¬

Maybe only hide it and leave the viewing permission ¬_¬ (dunno if possible)

Not Possible. Besides, guests browsing T&T shows the spamy side of the forums in my opinion.

I honestly don't see the point in hiding the forum just from guests, members are still going to see it and therefore they will still see the spam and have an opinion. Okay, its a bit better but it doesn't solve the problem.

T&T is a fun mixed/everything forum - its not always spam.
