Just run the .msi installer. Then go to http://localhost to check it's working correctly. if you see the test page, navigate to C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs and then you can put the files you want to be viewed in there. Then find out your IP and put http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where 'x' are the IP numbers so you can check if it can be accessed over the internet.

Then get a domain name lol :P

blah :P there is an easier way just install easyphp
go here
http://www.easyphp.org/telechargements.php3
download easy php
then follow this guide to install it /set it up (which just tells you to make it english and setup the php.ini etc its very easy!)
http://www.canowhoopass.com/guides/easyphp/

if u need any help with it just pm me cause ive been using it for a while and know quite a bit about it

oh and also if u need a domain name i recomend using a no-ip address because its free :P http://no-ip.com

Security Notice
This guide doesn't cover security much at all. Although Easy PHP does a good job of closing most common holes, there are many still open. I recommend you run this server behind firewall's and only use it for development / learning purposes. Shut it down when not in use.
