When trying change the time add or remove programs or do anything an adminstaror can i get acess denied or u don't have the privaes to change system time but i am logned in as animstrator
P.S tryed rebooting and doing hard disk scan and virus adaware check ADD and booting in safemode it says i have animstrator rights!

It has only started happin the day when turning my computer on and trying to remove a program

Boot into safemode, choose the account called "administrator" and see if you can change the accounttype/priviledges inthere (start > controlpanel > accounts).

Can you do a systemrestore to before this happend? After that you can remove the program you wanted to remove again...just let it keep the shared parts.
