Ehm... Here's the info I gathered for the largest ISPs in Israel. These few ISPs cover over 90% of all private Internet customers here. I used the official homepages as well as Google to get all the info, and of course tested the Webmail pages.

Patchou you should try and see if Mess.be will post a news article about this so that more people can post and help you because i believe this feature would be great if you could get substantial amount of email addresses
