O.P. Reputation System suggestion
2 suggestions that maybe useful.
1) Ability to delete a reputation so if you no longer wanted that person to be rated by you, you can simply delete it.
2) If you are viewing your OWN votes you can see if someone rated you +-1/+-2

There should be a delete button on the voting page for someone you've already rated.

Maybe... but then I guess there's no reason not to just show that to everyone. Guido's example design didn't show it, so I ignored it.  |

Link to the reputation details from the green number of reputation under the avatar.

I thought about that... the number is usually so small, it seems a bit dodgy to make it a link. I'll do it anyway since there seems to be a 'demand' for it.

If where the number is is too small, why not use the word "reputation" infronta it instead?
