I'm using msn messenger 7.0425 but i can't use handwriting... The menu where it supposed to de isn't there and i have tried to reinstall and download other stuff.
Ink redist also available at: http://kaonet.net/page.php?id=75, installing this (in the setup check the option "for all users") will solve your problem (if you are on Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, it won't work on older OS's).
