Hey ppl,

I don't know about you but 1 thing that pisses me off heaps is when contacts sign off/on repetatively so your screen gets filled up with crap you usually don't really care about like 'oh i dropped my plate'.

If there were an option to only allow one sign off/on within 30 seconds that would be ace.

Not sure if it's been suggested before but I'm sure I'm not alone.

what the do is they probly block and unblock you.. the solution to preventing that tost Effect is by blocking them.

Perhaps Patchou could add a feature where you can limit how many notifications appear on your screen at once. Trillian 3 has this feature and it's very handy.

nah i know they're doing it to all their contacts... just one of those annoyances that would be good to be rid of.

They're worth talkin to, just when they do that it pisses me off.. lol.

I agree. There shoudl be an option that limits the number of "toasts".

The limit is already set to 5 popups on screen...

We should be able to set the limit.
I would set the maximum to 2 or 3 popups at once.

5 pop-ups on the screen is still enough to fill the whole screen. and then even when they disappear, most of the time more will come. we should be able to set 2/3 in a 10 second period or something like that.

wouldn't changing the popup limit modify the MSN main code/protocol?

Nope, it's dependant upon your screen resolution. I'm running 1920*1440 and I get 11 popups when someone blocks and unblocks me multiple times
