. do you know how to get into BIOS? an have you used BIOS Before? to get into BIOS when you reboot an the system does a Memory Test Press the "DELETE" button an it'll get into BIOS,  but to overclockj your system do a Google search on overclocking , it might have a Bit of info on overclocking  in the Motherboard manual you Have, but do a Google  on 'Overclocking'  before you actually do it

I think you should leave it.  That way your not goign to screw anything up.

exactly, some1 that doesnt know anything bout BIOS or overclocking should leave that up to a more advanced person to do it.
