  came across a threat that claim that there is a pffline message facility. How is it going? If not, is there any work or method to get this feature?

That may have been my old thread.  Due to some response from users about how the messages would be delivered, I discontinued that plugin, there was never an official release of the coded part.

I think Messenger Discovery (an Add-on with a optional sponsor program) has a feature that do that.
