As said, it HIGHLY depends on what you've installed and what you do with other folders. eg: do you have your "program folders" as a sub of the windows folder or not, do you regulary empty your temp folder, do you keep logs of all kinds of things, etc..., etc...

Yes it can influence system performance. System performance is something "overall". eg:
* if you have too much fonts in your fonts-folder, Windows will take a long time to boot up.
* if your HDDs are too full, system performances will go down drastically as the windows swapfile will have to be shrunken down, etc...
* if there are too much files inside a particular directory, adding a new file or deleting, reading or whatever will take some time (eg: in the temporary folder)
* etc...

But, the values you've given seem to be normal though.

For people wanting to save some disk space, you can read this or this. You can also delete the files in the C:\Windows\Prefetch directory, since only cached program files are in there

Beware of that second page, there are some major errors and things which are forgotten to mention there!!!!!!! Be extremely carefull when you follow the "advise" on that second page. If you don't know exactly what you're doing then do not follow the advise given there...
