does anybody know where i can find a program to make style xp themes?
an to make msn messenger skins?

To make visual style u can use style builder from the same company: http://www.tgtsoft.com/prod_sb.php to build MSN messenger skins u need resource hacker : http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/

But to build msn messenger skins its not as easy as stylebuilder to build visual styles..
