O.P. MSN display picture

When i change my msn display picture...my contacts always see the old display and not the new.can anyone help?

its the download time to his computer.

all dps are downloaded, don't worry it should sort itself out in a minute or two

is either of your internet connections slow? or is it because that you are using a bigger DP that is taking a longer time to send over?

ive had dis probs sumtimes takes like half an hour till contacts DP's show and im on DSL

i've encountered this problem before, but found that changing to another pic, then changing back to the original pic you wanted sometimes works.
