I'm pretty sure that Dukes of Hazzard has finished filming and is due to be out soon, but I'm not sure, just try your hardest to try and book someone :p.

Which means I'll be involved in prom a lot this year, and I am only wanting one thing done to make our prom great. We have a theme chosen (we meaning every female in the Junior class) Take My Breath Away. And I was wanting Jessica Simpson to be there, long shot, but Nick Lachey was born and grew up around here, so it MAY be possible. NO NEGATIVE CRITICISM PLEASE :dodgy: Blade...
But I'll need some help as to how I'll do this
(talking from experience) The best thing you could do to get a famous person to your prom, is... contacting them :p.

Seriously though, most famous people are happy to do such things (for free) if they have the time. A nice stunt like ~INVASION~ told you (without being serious) is helpfull though, in that way you stick out and you'll be noticed.

But of course, you need to have a contact or an address to write to and be on time also, artists have a very busy life.

You also need to know a bit how the person is, do they like such "stupid"/noticable/cute stunts? Then go for it. Are they more the serious type, then write a letter or something, etc.

If the person is from your hometown, that would help a lot also.

All in all, those people are also normal humans (well, most are :p), and you'll be surprised what they want to do for fun, if you only ask them.

So, I would say, go for it and don't be too shy ;)

RE: Prom 2005!
We don't have that tradition of "proms" here. Proms like that are so typical American or what not :p. Here you'll find parties every weekend anyways and at the end of the year there are always some major big parties going in, but nothing like the schoolproms you'll see in American movies...

(my experience is that I regulary come across famous* people and know a whole bunch personaly. * famous in Belgium of course)
