colour names in the contact list go from being coloru then to code and randomly change when u expand and compress the offline contacts

The feature is still BETA remember... I'm sure Patchou's working on fixing it for the release version.

I dont get any colour at all. Neither 4 my name (by /nick function which gives an error) nor 4 my contacts' name . Is there anything reqd except msn mess 7 and plus! 3.4 ???

No: all you need is Plus 3.40. Just double-check, see if you have build 112.

It sayz "Messenger Plus! 3.40.112 BETA, December 2nd 2004"
Still not working

Well it is only a beta it is probably just a minor bug that needs fixing report it to Patchou to be sure it is bug.

this happened to me once but it was when i was using a skin and when i uninstalled the skin it was ok again

Make sure to type a "space" after /nick before entering your name. (thats all i could think of)
