I'm not sure whats happened..the custom emoticons panal doesnt work it just shows the normal msn emoticons on panel 1 and 2..iv went to customize and turned off the original emoticons on the 2nd panal and it still doesnt work..and whenever i add msn emoticons and sign out and back in it says " Your emoticons won't work. Please add more " Or something along that line..if anyone knows what to do or how to fix it could you get back to me?

Weird, can you please give the exact message you get, included with any other codes such 0x, etc.

Sure..it says.. " Your custom emoticons cannot be used. Please create new ones." Sorry about the guess!

Maybe one or more custom emoticons were corrupted. All you can do now to fix it is to delete C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\<IDnr>\CustomEmoticons

To help you determine wich ID number is yours you can use this program: msg6_id.exe
