is there a way to export all of ur contacts to a file and import them all into another account or to back it up?

I thought i was the only one who knew about that.. I tell people it all the time when they say " oh no im starting another email, and i have to type out my contact list again"

(except for one guy who changes his email about once a week, i think its funny to not tell him)
