Aparantly you don't get your screen replaced untill there is a number of dead pixels. :|

I have one already. I have only had my monitor for less then 2 months. :@

woulda been cheaper to buy the mobo and have the monitor replaced. its called a dead pixel. i think the lcd standard allows for a maximum of 5 dead pixels or something. (DONT QUOTE ME)

a friend of mine bought a Nintendo DS that has a dead pixel near the center of the top screen.. apparently alot of DS's have these problems, but usually more than one pixel. seems like companies are getting lazy with making these LCD screens.. :-/

What make is the screen?

... i'd suggest getting a sony display, i've had it for nearly 2 years and not a single thing wrong with it.
