Can someone find a site template (free) with frames. I tried a lot. Google and saw 2 sites that ppl told me but no help.
Colours i'd prefer would be black or some other light colour not hurting the eyes. Nice arrangement of linkst bar on the top and above it there should be a site logo. Left side would be for some general info and middle for the webpage. The right hand corner would or would not have a extra bar its ok.
If u dont understand what i said then tell me. I'll me more clear. its just that i'm in a hurry

if you download the dreamweaver trial from the macromedia website (www.macromedia.com), then that has the easiest frame making thing that I've ever seen in my life .

www.oswd.org thats a good site really, it has some nice designs on there and its all done using frames and stylesheet afaik...

If you do the 'design or not' then you can easily browse through all of their files, and there is literally thousands of great templates...
