hey can some1 explain to me why did my avatar get removed?

You must broken the rules

-Large dimensions and file sizes are not allowed because they can affect the layout of forum pages. The rules for posts apply to avatars/signatures as well.
-Maximum avatar width: 150 pixels.

Your avatar was huge. Please resize it so the width is 150 pixels or less.

i got my signature taken away but im totally cool with that, i try to find some time to make a smaller one , sry about my bigass signature

i thought the restristion made the sig and avatar fit into the regulation by clipping it to the preset size limit...

That isn't reliable, since it depends on the viewer's browser, and sometimes it doesn't work. Mods still remove avatars and sigs that are too big.

Nope, they don't. I tried putting in a big picture, think it would clip. Took up like 3/4 of my screen when I previewed it.

but it DOES do it with the signature right?

It's SUPPOSED to resize avatars and cut off signatures, but like I said, it doesn't always work, and cannot be relied on.
