Would I be allowed to put a copy of MSG Plus! to download on my website or would it be better if I just put a link to this website instead?

you are allowed to host the latest stable build but you are not allowed to host the beta for msn 7

its probably better to link to the download page though because that way you dont have to update it every time a new version is released
