O.P. Huh?  Exporting Display Pictures
Is this possible? I have one in my personal Display Pictures list and I want to get it back.

Do you mean you have a display picture in your list but not on your pc but want to put it there?
No i don't think so. I guess you could print screen it:^)They may be stored in tempory folders or something il have a look

You can use a CE/DP stealer on yourself, like StuffPlug-NG. CE/DP stealer will be in version 2.1 which will be released around the first of march
