Any reason .BMP images aren't loading in the browser?

O.P. Shocked  Any reason .BMP images aren't loading in the browser?
I don't know if it's just me, but attached .BMP images aren't oppening in the browser window for these forums [tried with IE and Firefox].

Usually .bmp's are huge, and maybe that's some way to keep it from reloading ?

It opens in your default program for .bmp files... 

And the .bmp is for the the collective canevas.

What I mean is that the image should display IN THE BROWSER, not in MSPAINT or w/e.
