anyone know a realllly good compression program?

i compressed in RAR and zip and it onyl made them a few mb's smaller

7Zip, or GZip i forget what its called, but the larger compression you go for the longer it will take. But with this program it is required to expand it. Nothing else will work.

I managed to compress 4.5 GB PS2 .iso to a mear 300MB using .Z compression once
