You cannot browse the database because I want to prevent at maximum the "P2P" effect . Sound Packs will probably soon be available on many site, they'll give you all the sounds you want .

can i suggest adding a feature where u put the language the file is in. because the random sound feature isn't that great when i get German, Spanish etc. or anything else i can't understand.....no?

and use the name or the first part of the name of the sound to send it.

All the sounds you ever uploaded are in your soundlibrary, no need to search the whole database.
