erm... I PM'd it to you before....

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!\Custom Sounds\

This is where the sound are saved which are in your personal sound library. But they are saved in a special format, designed for Messenger Plus! only, you wont be able to play them in any other program.

What do you mean exactly? Do you want to know that folder where the sounds are stored to fiddle with them (I wonder with what but whatever)?

Or do you want to add your own sounds to the sound library?
If the later, then follow the instructions given on the Official Messenger Plus! Help Pages or Messenger Plus! Tutorials.

=> Creating And Exporting Custom Emotion Sounds

You need to turn on the ability to view hidden/system files. Open My Computer, Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab.

Enable "Show hidden files and folders".

RE: sounds
those are temporary files (wav) used to actually play the sound or used when you're recording or trimming a sound.
