Try and type in cmd instead of command.

CMD is the Windows NT based Command Prompt that allows long filenames longer then 8 characters. Where has COMMAND is the Windows 9x based that only allows 8 character file names.

I've tried 'cmd' but it is a .exe file, not .com like command is. The worm I've got has also edited the registry so I cannot change Folder Options under 'Tools', so I can't rename the filetype to .com :(
