talking about icons, you'd also like to take a look at FOOOD's Icons... definitely the best ones in it's class...

yes they are :D. I use them myself for directories on my 'download' drive and for icons on my True Launch Bar.

do you just download those icons and install them. Does it do it auto?

BTW can anyone tell me a program to have a SIMPLE or customizable sidebar like Longhorn? i would like it to be transparent..

If you download the icons, you get a zip file full of .ico files. You can change a shortcut icon (like on your desktop), you can change a folder icon (see below) and you can change a file type icon.

Changing a shortcut icon:
Right-click on the icon on the desktop (note: it only works with shortcuts). The context menu will appear.
Click on Properties.
Click on the Change Icon button.
Click on the icon of your choice, i.E. go to the folder you extracted the ico files in.
Click on OK.
