I personally wouldnt suggest anyone in buying these things.. don't actully worth it..

but.. if you really interested.. I think there's a way to get em free *-)

Is there a specific reason why they're so big?
I got one but I didn't like how it resized my convo window. I'm sure glad I didn't pay for it, lol, cuz I deleted it right away.
Are there any normal sized Dynamic Display Pics?
