Custom Sounds Problem

O.P. Custom Sounds Problem
When I try to send a Custom Sound I sometimes get this error message.

"An error occured while contacting the server, please try again later.
If the problem persists, check your security settings."

Just to get things straight, this happens when I click on the sound icon > double click on a sound.

I checked my security settings [Tools > Options > Security] but didn't help.

Am I looking in the right place?
