Hello,
First this option is only if you can still currently access your MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET Passport account. If so, follow the instructions below.
1 >> Create a new MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET Passport account.
2 >> Add that account to your contact list on the MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET
Passport account you believe has been/ or could be Cracked.
3 >> Go onto your new MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET Passport account and wait for
your otheraccount to Sign in. Or if you have been signed out because
you are apparently signed in at another location, login to the new
account within a few minutes (not straight away).
4 >> If you have been Cracked, your other MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET Passport
account should be signed in.
And that was my guide to Crack Protection on MSN/ Windows Messenger.

Actually, you can. Just not the way you can think about it.
Login to you MSN/ Hotmail/ .NET Passport account, change your password to something random, which has nothing to do with you. Such as a barcode number off the back of a DVD/ CD. Then change your secret question, and give that a random answer. Write them both down on a sheet of paper and hide it someone safe. A good place would be inside a board game box, a bad place would be in your Wallet as you can lose this or it could be stolen, thus revealing your details to anyone.

Ye i do that, my account is vertually inhackable cause i can just change it again.
You can use Messenger Plus! 3.50 as a reminder to change your password, I suggest that you do it once every two weeks, as it will be harder for the person doing the attack on you to guess what your password/ secret answer is.
Thanks for the comments Absorbation.

Yes, it is obvious. But some people might not be as Techified as me and you, thus these simple guides are needed.

RE: Patches Guide to Crack Protection
Patches, I agree with Fukafly, this is obvious to most people. As for the fact that people may not know, people who are looking for a solution will most likely not actually find your post, since it will soon be buried in the posts of this forum.
For solutions like this, it may be wise to make a website with helpful hints like this for people who are newish to comps and MSN. Since here, no one who wants it will find it...at least on a website it is properly documented

Ok, I was simply trying to help the people that wouldn't know about what to so to prevent their account from being Cracked.
Could a Moderator/ Super Moderator/ Admin please lock this?
