Forgive me if this has been gone over but I was wondering if there was a plugin that allowed you to view which messegner version & build your contacts are using.

Sorry there is no plugins that I no off that  does it with out the contact knowing your checking .

that MAY be classed as invasion of privacy....but if they have msgplus get them to type (!VER)

There are a few tricks you can do to find out a rough build. Like to find out if they have a version of 7 you could nudge them.
Even if there was a plugin, both you and your contact would need it to work.

To use those methods i posted in that thread, you will need a program/plugin/addon that can see the raw data from the server, i know Dimension 0.1 did that, but that version doesnt work any more, but Dimension 2.0 is on its way.
