Hey guys!
first of all i wish to congratulate u guys on reaching v3.50! good on ya guys.. Messenger Plus is da shiznit!

i just recently installed v3.50 and the only thing i found that didnt work  with msn 7 like before (with the old Messenger Plus for msn 7) is that my personalised status dont work properly anymore. i dont know if this is with everyone, or its just with the version of msn 7 i have.
The problem is like this: (for example an away personalised status)..

Instead of it showing....    MYNICK(person. status)
It says...                         MYNICK{person. status} (Away)


any ideas guys? I am running windows xp professional and my msn version is 7.0.0429.

That's not the way it's meant to be; it's meant to be like the first example smurfstah posted.

smurfstah, ensure that the necessary options are enabled (Preferences > Contact List > Enhance with Plus features)

please always search forums first

When you're using the (private) beta version of MSN Messenger you personalised status will show up as "{mystatus} (away)", or "(mystatus) (away)". This is absolutely normal for MSN Messenger 7. You'll have to wait until Messenger 7 is officially released to see your statusses again as it was in MSN Messenger 6....
