but dempsey is going to probobly change the style based on the logo. So it doesnt really matter if it matches now

Hobbes, putting the grid behind wont help much as with that grid there, it drops the chance of it being compatible with new layout by 80% , sorry.

Hobbes, as I said before that is because IE doesn't support alpha blending. The logo is in alpha blending PNG, so you can stick it on any background you like, that's the whole purpose of a logo. Once the background color is choosen, Dempsey can fill the background of the alpha blending logo to that color and save it as GIF, JPG or whatever to use it on his site....

And no, I didn't take any images icons or logo's with a printscreen or whatever, or from the desktop wallpapers. The images are original (again, also with alpha blending)...
