O.P. PlugIn Questions
Well ive been using plug ins for a long time now for Messenger Plus and im really liking it.I was wondering if anyone could possibly explain to me how to make a plug-in plz?Cause i have many ideas and i would like to make them myself ;D

You have to know some programming language eg. Visual Basic :)
