O.P. Huh?  Hello just wondering how to fix the emotion icon panel problem
I upgraded my meessenger to 7.0.0777 and now  I get a emotion  icon panel problem where i can't modify the panels.                                             I posted a picture of the problem below.

Thats a known bug thats been fixed in the new versoin thats due out soon.
