O.P. how do u make the file size of a .bin smaller?

Well i have a .bin file on my computer which is 730 mb. I want it to be 700 mb so i can make it fit on my disk. How do i shrink the file size while keeping it .bin

I don't think that there is a possible way of doing so without compressing it into a *.rar and a *.zip file

a .bin is an image file thing so u may be able to open in isoImage or something and remove some uneeded files so it will fit on cd

Blah compact everything you want to put in the cd, then create the bin... now see how it is..
