Why is it that when I save a gif to my computer, it plays back slow? It'll work fine though if I upload it to the net but while it's on my computer, it's just so slow

In what viewer do you open the file with?

The same thing happens to me.
Using the default WinXP image viewer.

It's the default Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

Yes, the WinXP image viewer doesn't always get the exact FPS, but you can right click, open with, then choose Internet Explorer or Firefox (What you run.), it should be working smoothly.
