Does any one know of any free web radio hosts?

I know a guy who did it, but he quit because his server has set a upload-limit and he didn't have the time to keep it up...

I only know about "SAM Broadcaster" which isn't free and "VLC Media player" which is free!

Edit: You install the .exe and then there is a plugin in winamp.

I got every brodcasting program out there but the thing is I don't have the bandwith to stream a station. I would need faster internet. So I want a streaming server.

I dont think there are any free servers you will have to pay for 1.
