O.P. Huh?  Backing up winks, moods and emoticons
The installed winks, moods and emoticons are located in the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger
Can I backup this folder so if I upgrade my hard drive for example or transfer it to another PC I can Paste it? Will it be recognized in the new config/PC?

O.P. RE: Backing up winks, moods and emoticons
My only concern in asking this is that they might have some sort of activation that makes them specific to the machine were they're installed...but if you know for sure other people did it then I guess it can be done.

I'm not quite sure whether that will work properly, though. You might be interested in reading CookieRevised's reply to Backing up muggins/moods/winks.
