My pc (Windows XP) uses the HOSTS file...

I don't even have the lmhosts file....

in 99,9% of the cases the "HOSTS" file should do it...

i found a form to fix that
in internet options , connection set a proxy of this list http://www.samair.ru/proxy/
try a usa proxy
then go to
http://www.stuffplug.com/?act=generate
with the proxy active
and thats it
works like charm...

using the proxy the site is accesible but when u post the form u get a http 405 error (resource denied)
