O.P. Logging Encryption Bug
Alright, i just found a little dodgy bug that happens when you change your encryption settings.

I had all my chats logged but without a password protection. I went to my preferences and created a password, then when it asked if i wanted to make the changes to every file in the past i said yes.

I opened my log folder and everything was encrypted correctly... but when I opened one of the archives (and every other one) there was no encryption and you can open past logs without the password.

If people start changing passwords a lot or really need encryption they might get lost in terms of what the password was at the time or how to incrypt logs ;)

RE: Logging Encryption Bug
Like explained many times before, this isn't a bug and is by design.

A simple search would have come up with threads like:
"Encrypting Chat Logs"
"Encrypting archived logs"
etc...
