I have an idea for either a plugin or XML feed, I'm not sure which to choose or where to start, but first I need to know if there will be any support from developers available of MSN plugins. Also has anyone thought of doing this sort of Plugin? I need support and would like to start a partnership project with someone. I'm not even sure if anyone has attempted to develop a plugin for this kind of thing.....

IF anyone has any ideas/info or would like to help I would really appreciate it and of course would welcome it, please email me at tfinlay2@sympatico.ca for an outline of the Amber Alert  project. I would prefer an email as I am not on the forums very much.....

Sort of; the whole idea is to have a toast pop up when there is an Amber Alert active. But in order to do that, I would need an RSS feed. Which I really don't have at the moment. Thanks for the help.
