O.P. Undecided  Flash Player
A friend of mine when tries to send/receive winks a alert appears saying that she needs the  most recent version of Flash Player but she alredy have it !
I told her to fix msnm(done) and to download the most recent version of flash player again (done too) but she still have the problem
help please

Is it installed on firefox or ie i think msn uses it through ie. :P

i went to her house and the problem is really strange :s
i have installad Flash Player 7 in Internet Explorer > Plugins
but it doesn't seem to update.
i installed Opera in her computer and opera was with flash player 7
IE continues with flash player 6 :s

1) Press Start > Settings > Control Panel
2) Add/Remove
3) Go down untill u see macromedia flash player (or shockwave player)
4) Press Change/Uninstall and uninstall
5) Install macromedia flash 7

they're not... flash player and shockwave player are two separate players working on different technologies...

that's why i think they're not the same :s
so, if they are not the same: how do i uninstall flash player not shockwave player (click on the names to see the difference)
